Payment policy

1. No charge when you order

When you confirm your order on the site, it is registered with no immediate charge. No bank or card details are requested or stored on the site.

2. Payment details by email

Within 24 business hours we confirm the availability of the unit and the transport cost to your address, and email you the payment details, as you prefer:

• Multibanco reference - pay at an ATM or through online banking;
• MB WAY - pay from your phone;
• SEPA bank transfer - to the IBAN provided, with your order number as reference.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included at the current rate. Delivery costs are not included: they are quoted according to country, postcode and unloading method, and communicated before any payment.

4. Preparation and dispatch

The unit is prepared and shipped once payment is received. Indicative lead times are given in the delivery policy. The unit remains the property of the seller until paid in full.

5. Invoice

The invoice is issued to the billing name and address of the order and sent by email. EU businesses can give their intra-community VAT number in the order notes.

6. Security

Be wary of any message asking you to pay to an IBAN other than the one given by our team: if in doubt, contact us before making the transfer.
