Which countries do you deliver to?
Our yard is in Portugal. We deliver to Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Poland. Indicative lead times range from 3-7 days in Portugal to 12-20 days for Poland, from receipt of payment. Per-country details are on the Delivery policy page.
Is delivery included in the price?
Yes. Displayed prices include VAT and delivery to your site in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Poland. No transport cost is added after the order. For Switzerland only, outside the European Union, customs duties are payable by the recipient.
What access is needed for delivery?
Allow a clear area of about 20 m in line with the truck for a 20 ft unit, 30 m for a 40 ft, and 4 m of free width, on stable load-bearing ground. If access is tight, a crane can be added to the quote.
What about Switzerland?
Switzerland is outside the European Union: transport is included and we prepare the export documents; customs clearance and any duties are payable by the recipient. We tell you the estimated amount before payment.
Can I be invoiced without VAT?
Yes, if you are a business established in the European Union outside Portugal and provide a valid intra-EU VAT number when ordering.
Do I need a planning permit?
For temporary storage, usually not. For a habitable module, office or pool installed long-term, check with your local authority before ordering: we supply the drawings and dimensions needed.
What is the difference between standard and High Cube?
A High Cube is 2.90 m high externally versus 2.59 m for a standard: 30 cm more, valuable for insulation, a suspended ceiling or tall loads.
How does payment work?
Your order is recorded with no immediate charge. Within 24 working hours we send you the payment details by email or WhatsApp: Multibanco reference, MB WAY or bank transfer (IBAN). The pro forma invoice for your order can be downloaded right after confirmation. The unit is prepared and delivered once payment is received.
How do I know if a product is available?
Every product visible on the site is in stock at our yard in Portugal: the available quantity is shown on each product page. When a unit sells out, it is removed from the catalogue automatically.
How can I track my order?
On the “Track my order” page (site footer), enter your order reference (CMD-…) and email: you see the status of your order at each stage, from payment to delivery, and can download the pro forma invoice. We also keep you informed by email or WhatsApp.
Are the products under warranty?
Yes. Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021): three years for new goods and eighteen months for used goods. If there is a problem, contact us with your order reference and photos: details are in the General terms of sale.
Can a module be customised?
Yes: colour, windows, doors, partitions, insulation, electrics, plumbing. Describe your needs in the order notes or via the contact page, and we price the fit-out together with the container.
Is a concrete slab required?
Not necessarily. Four level concrete pads under the corner castings are enough in most cases. A slab is recommended for habitable modules and long-term use.
