Returns and refunds policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days from receipt of the unit to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Simply let us know by email or through the contact page, quoting your order number.

2. Exclusions

Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal: made-to-measure modules, adapted containers (colour, windows, doors, insulation, electrics, plumbing) and any unit modified on request.

3. Returning the unit

The unit must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered, without alterations or damage. Given the size and weight of containers and modules, collection and return transport costs are borne by the customer. We can arrange collection on the basis of a prior quote.

4. Refund

Amounts paid are refunded within 14 days of the returned unit arriving at our yard, using the same payment method (bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the customer). Initial delivery costs are refunded up to the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered.

5. Unit damaged on delivery

Check the condition of the unit on delivery and note any reservations on the delivery note before signing. Reservations must be confirmed in writing, with photos, within three business days. After inspection we offer repair, replacement or a refund.

6. Legal guarantee

Goods are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. For any request, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. How to request a return

A return takes three steps. No unit should be sent back without prior agreement: without authorisation we cannot guarantee it will be accepted.

Ask for agreement. Write to us with the order number, the reason and, if the unit is damaged, photographs or a video. We reply within two working days.
Prepare the unit. Once agreed, you have fourteen days to return it, complete and in the condition you received it. We give you the address and the collection arrangements.
Refund. After receipt and inspection, we refund within the period set out in point 4, to the payment method used for the purchase.
